Cancellation Reason Tracking
Track why members cancel. Not so you can guilt them into staying, but so you can build something better for the next person.
How it Works
To set up this member feedback collection, navigate to
Settings -> Customer Payments
and enable the ability for customers to self-cancel their subscription. Once this is toggled on, you will see options to customize a Personal message during cancellation
and will be able to edit the list provided when collecting feedback.
You will be able to review the responses by clicking
View cancellation report
