Gift Offer Delivery Management
You can now reschedule or cancel pending gift offer deliveries on-behalf of your customers, giving you more flexibility to manage gift offers.
With this feature, you can adjust pending gift deliveries in the following ways:
- Reschedule a pending gift delivery to a different date
- Cancel a pending gift delivery
- Cancel a pending gift delivery while refunding a gift purchase
How It Works
You will see an option to edit delivery date within the transaction details of that purchase if a customer has made a gift purchase with a future dated delivery.

Language Selector
Your community is getting ready for global members.
Members will soon be able to choose their preferred language (Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Turkish). The system will update the interface to match their selection. Note: This is a controlled rollout so you may not see it yet in your community.
Manual Badge Granting
Admins can now award badges to any member.
You can give or remove badges directly from a member profile. This lets you reward event attendance, special contributions, or any custom milestone you care about.
Inline Audio Player
Audio now plays inside the community.
When someone shares an audio file, you can play it right on the page. No more popups. Added ability to adjust playback speed.
Calendar View for Events
Events now have a full calendar view.
You can switch between list, month, week, or day views to see what is coming up. This makes it easier to plan meetups, workshops, and recurring events.
Bug Fixes
We also fixed several issues that were hurting reliability.
Member profile updates now process in the right order so changes save cleanly.
Image uploads no longer get stuck retrying when a file fails.
Poll text now displays clearly after voting.
Chat channels stay stable in rare edge cases.
Duplicate error emails are gone.
Cover image updates now validate images before applying them.

Password Collection in Enhanced Checkout
You can now require new customers to create a password during Enhanced Checkout. This combines purchase and account creation into a single step, allowing customers to access their content immediately after checkout without additional setup.
How It Works
- Navigate to your offer’s Settingstab.
- In the Customer Account Settings, enableRequire New Customers to Create Password at Checkout.
- During checkout, new customers will be prompted to create a password as part of the purchase flow.

Skip Account Creation Page After Checkout
You can now allow new customers to skip the account creation page after completing a purchase. This option is ideal for offers that don’t require immediate access to the Member Library and helps reduce friction in the post-checkout experience.
How It Works
- Navigate to your offer’s Details tab.
- In the Post-Purchase settings, enable Skip Account Creation Page.
- When enabled, new customers will bypass the account creation step after checkout.
- You can optionally send a welcome email to new customers that includes a link to complete their account setup.
Note:
This option is only available when Existing Landing Page is selected as the post-purchase page.Resources

Automations - Wait Nodes, Multiple Triggers, Enhanced Search
We have released 3 new exciting and highly voted Automations features for you!
How it Works
Wait Nodes ⏰
You can add a step in your automations to wait (in minutes, hours, days) before moving forward to the next action, allowing you to interact with your customers at the most optimal time for your business.

Multiple Triggers 🚀
You can create multiple triggers that can start an automation. For example: if any of these 5 offers are purchased -> then send them an email, and add a tag. The same can be applied to various other scenarios (similar tags, forms, etc). This allows you to consolidate and manage your automations much more seamlessly.

Enhanced Search & Filters 🔍
Search and find your automations much easier on the Automations home page, and view more detailed information about them on key pages.

Who Has Access
You have to update to the new visual Automations builder to utilize these features. If you haven't updated yet, you can do so from the banner on top of the Automations home page (no pricing changes required).

Cohort Course Support in Kajabi Mobile Apps
Members will now be able to access content from their Cohort Courses directly in our Mobile Apps! Cohort Courses are supported in both the free Kajabi Mobile App (KMA) and the Branded Mobile App (BMA).
How It Works
No app update is required, but you may need to log out and log back in if you have access to a Cohort Course and are not seeing it in the app. Cohort Course content can be found under the Courses tab, same as any Evergreen Course.

Bulk Export Quiz Results
You are now able to perform a bulk export of Quiz Results into a CSV file. This will allow you to better review your members' responses.
How It Works
Click into the Course and Quiz you wish to view results for. Then, click on
Results
and you will see an option to Export Results
in the upper right corner:

We have launched a visual editor for Automations, allowing you to easily see the triggers and related actions in one unified page. This update also brings the ability to connect one trigger to
multiple actions
, removing the need to create separate Automations. How It Works
After upgrading your Automations to the new visual editor, you'll be able to either start with one of our Blueprints or from scratch. You'll then be taken to window where you can build out the Automation, starting with the "When" or the triggering event. Add in your necessary Action items and make sure to

Google Sign-In for Members
With the Member Social Login feature, you can now allow members to sign in using Google. This makes it easier for your community to log in without having to remember a password, while still keeping everything secure.
How It Works
You'll want to navigate to your Settings to enable Google sign in for your Members. Once saved, the Google sign-in option will appear on your themed login page.

If you’re using an older version of the theme, you may need to update your website theme to see the Google button.
