The Payment balance summary by month report is now live for everyone using Kajabi Payments. If you've ever tried to answer "what did I actually earn last month" by exporting transactions and adding up columns by hand, this one's for you.

How it works:
For each month in the range you choose, the report shows your opening balance, your closing balance, and the activity that moved it between them, including charges, refunds, fees, and payouts. Set your date range and download it to hand off to a bookkeeper or file with your books.
How to access it
Go to
Sales
→ Payouts
and click Balance Report in the upper right of the All Payouts section. You can also find it under Analytics
→ Reports
→ Payment balance summary by month

Duration pausing is now live. Pausing a customer's subscription or payment plan used to mean tracking the return date yourself and remembering to resume. Now you can set the date up front and let Kajabi handle it.

What's Changed
A new Pause until a specific date option lets you pick a resume date, and Kajabi restarts billing automatically when it arrives
You can change the resume date without resuming and re-pausing first
Available for subscriptions and payment plans processed through Kajabi Payments or Stripe
Where to access it:
Open the subscription or payment plan, click More Actions (…), and select Pause Payments

Pay off payment plans early using Kajabi Payments! If you've ever had a customer ask to settle their remaining balance and then had to handle it manually outside Kajabi, this one's for you.

How it works:
You can now collect the full remaining balance on an active payment plan in a single charge, with the option to apply a discount first as an incentive to pay off early. Once the charge goes through, the remaining installments are cancelled and the plan moves to Completed.
How to access it
Open any contact, go to their Purchases tab, select the payment plan, click More Actions, and select Pay off payment plan. You can also get there from Sales → Payment Plans.

Walk your entire buying experience the way a customer would, from the checkout page through order bumps, upsells, account setup, and the post-purchase page, without processing a real transaction. Nothing is charged, no member or contact is created, and no emails, automations, or webhooks fire.

How it works
Click Preview on any offer and your real checkout page opens in test mode. Payment fields are optional, so you can submit without a card, and a
Preview & test
toolbar tracks your progress through each step of the flow. At the end, a summary shows exactly what would have happened: every offer granted, email sent, automation triggered, and webhook fired, each linked to the setting behind it so anything that looks wrong takes one click to fix.
Available on offers using enhanced checkout.

You can now offer an Upsell at a reduced price without changing the offer's regular price anywhere else. The discounted price shows on the Upsell page and is what the customer is charged if they accept.

How it works
Go to
Sales → Pricing → Upsells tab
and open the Upsell you want to discount. In the
Details
section, turn on Apply discount
and enter a percentage. A live preview shows the exact amount your customer will be charged before you save.On the Upsell page, the original price appears crossed out, the discounted price becomes the headline, and a badge such as 25% OFF appears next to it in your site's primary color.

Backstage now lets you turn on self-serve scheduling, so your clients can book, reschedule, and cancel meetings on their own using your real availability.
How it Works

You set this up once, and both Coaching and Backstage read from the same availability. When the Kajabi Scheduler is on, clients see a
Schedule
