Abandoned checkout emails are now more powerful. You can now send follow-up emails to anyone who starts checkout, not just existing customers. We’ve also added a new report so you can track exactly how much revenue you’re recovering.
How it works
Abandoned checkout emails can be enabled for any offer. Once enabled, depending on your settings, visitors who go to your checkout page, enter their email address, and leave without completing checkout will receive an abandoned checkout email. Metrics for these emails and recovered checkouts are now available in a new Analytics report.
How to turn it on
To enable this, go to your Offer’s Setting page and enabled abandoned checkout emails
To see the abandoned checkout report go: here

Reduce failed payments by notifying customers before a recurring charge is processed. Set your timing, choose which offers it applies to, and Kajabi takes care of the rest.
How it works
Once enabled, Kajabi checks all active subscriptions and payment plans, and sends a reminder email to customers whose next billing date falls within your configured window. Each subscription is evaluated independently, so customers with multiple active subscriptions will receive a separate reminder for each.
How to turn it on
To enable, go to Settings -> Customer Payments, scroll to the Payment reminder emails section and enable upcoming payment reminders.

During this cycle (Timberline), our team has set out to make several improvements to the Community Product. These include the ability to save posts, move posts, and create read-only channels.
How it works
  • Saved Posts
: Community members can now save Posts they want to come back to later. When browsing a Community, members will see a new "Save post" option in the three-dot (⋯) menu on any Post card. Tapping it bookmarks the post for future reference. Saved Posts are collected in a new "Saved Posts" section on the Member's profile page. On web, this appears as a new section on their profile; on mobile, it shows up as a new tab. Only Posts can be saved; Comments, Events, and Challenges are not included. Bookmarks are completely private. Only the Member who saved a Post can see their saved list.
  • Move Posts Between Channels
: Heroes and Members are able to move Post between Channels. This option is available either when editing a Post or by clicking Move post from the … menu. Note: If you try to move a Post with Comments to a Channel that one or more comment authors aren't Members of, you get a warning that their Comments will be deleted.
  • Read Only Channels
: Heroes have the ability to set a Channel to be Read-only. When enabled, only Admins, Moderators and Assistants can create Posts and Comments. Members are able to react to existing content.

Add to Calendar for Events & Coaching Sessions

Members can now save events and coaching sessions to their personal calendar with a single click — Google Calendar, Apple, Outlook, Office 365, and Yahoo are all supported.
How it works
Calendar links are automatically included in event and coaching confirmation emails, and also appear on the member-facing event and coaching pages. For coaching sessions, the links work alongside the existing ICS attachment that's already sent with scheduling emails.
image
Heroes get a new "Add to Calendar" panel in the Marketing Event admin with two styles to choose from — text links or provider icons. From there you can copy the widget to paste anywhere, grab the raw HTML for custom templates, or insert it directly into your email editor.
  • For recurring events, Apple and Google will add the entire series.

U.S. Heroes using Kajabi Payments can now offer customers another way to pay. ACH Direct Debit lets them pay invoices straight from their U.S. bank account... with lower processing fees for you.

How it works
  • When a customer selects ACH Direct Debit at checkout, they verify their U.S. bank account and complete the purchase.
  • You choose whether customers get access immediately or after the payment settles
  • Customers can save their bank info for faster payment next time
  • Payments typically settle within 4 business days
Who has access
Available to U.S. Heroes using Kajabi Payments and Invoicing.

Mobile Release Notes - March 6, 2026

Branded Mobile App & Kajabi Mobile App
Android 4.8.1
Enhancements
  • Improved @mention search: You can now search for people by their full name when mentioning them in posts or comments — including names with spaces. For example, typing @John D will now show results matching that full name, not just the first word.
Bugfixes
  • No more empty suggestion popups: The mention suggestions list now only appears once there are actual results to show, so you won't see a blank or spinning popup while the app is still searching.
  • More reliable user display names: User names in the mention list are now shown more reliably. Even if some profile details are missing, the app will do its best to display a recognizable name — falling back gracefully to a username or a generic placeholder when needed.

Clickable Timestamps for Videos

Clickable Timestamps lets you share direct links to specific moments in your videos. Instead of telling someone "skip to the 3 minute mark," you can copy a link that opens the video at exactly the right spot and it starts playing automatically.
How it Works
Pause your Video at the timestamp that you would like your customers to be directed to. Then, from the Video Actions menu, you will now see the option to "Copy timestamp URL" and "Copy link with thumbnail".
Once you have copied the timestamp, it's up to you how you want to share it. You can share the link in a Lesson description that points students to a key moment in the video or drop a link in a message or email that takes someone directly to the relevant part.
