You can now add multiple one-time order bumps to a single checkout. All selected bumps, plus your main offer, are processed in a single transaction.

How it works
In your Offer settings, configure multiple order bumps by searching for and adding offers. Customize the title, description, and image for each bump independently, or use the defaults from the original offer. Drag to reorder bumps, or remove as needed.
To enable multiple order bumps, go to
Sales

→ Select an
Offer
→ Offer
settings
, and scroll down to the
Order Bumps
section to add.
Support for multiple subscription and payment plan order bumps is coming soon.

Kajabi Payments Payment Processing Fee Invoices

Kajabi Payments now automatically generates a monthly payment processing fee invoice for your site. Each invoice captures your total processing fees for the month in a tax-ready format you can use for accounting and expense reporting. Invoices are organized by currency and historical data is available back to January 2024.
How it Works
After each month closes, a new payment processing fee invoice is automatically generated for your site. Head to Settings → Documents and look for "Kajabi Payment Processing Fee Invoices" to find and download your invoices.

Media Library

Media Library is a centralized hub for managing all of your video, audio, image, and document files in one place. Instead of uploading the same file multiple times across your site, you can upload it once to your Media Library and use that asset anywhere — in Courses, Landing Pages, Web Pages, Coaching sessions, Pages, and more.
How it Works
You can access the Media Library either through its own tab in the side navigation or wherever you are uploading media across your courses, pages, etc.
Once there, you can manage existing files, upload new or generate content through the Adobe Express integration:

Redesigned Upsells

Build upsell pages once and reuse them across multiple offers. Pages are fully customizable in the Kajabi Builder, with built-in analytics to track purchases, conversion rate, and revenue.

How it works
Upsells are now created independently under

and can be attached to any offer's Purchase Flow. Customize the page layout, content, and branding directly in the Builder. Any edits automatically apply everywhere the upsell is used.

You can now customize the text that appears on your checkout pages directly from Checkout Settings. Edit field labels, button text, error messages, and more across all checkout surfaces, with no code required. If you were already using language overrides before, all of your saved overrides are preserved.
How it works
The new Language Overrides tab in Checkout Settings covers all checkout surfaces, including Enhanced, Pop-up, Cart, Legacy, and Invoice Checkout. Fields are organized by category and searchable so you can find exactly what you need. Update a field and your changes apply across all your checkout pages instantly. Leave a field blank and it resets to the default.
How to turn it on
Go to Settings > Checkout Settings > Language Overrides, find the field you want to update, and enter your custom text.

Abandoned checkout emails are now more powerful. You can now send follow-up emails to anyone who starts checkout, not just existing customers. We’ve also added a new report so you can track exactly how much revenue you’re recovering.
How it works
Abandoned checkout emails can be enabled for any offer. Once enabled, depending on your settings, visitors who go to your checkout page, enter their email address, and leave without completing checkout will receive an abandoned checkout email. Metrics for these emails and recovered checkouts are now available in a new Analytics report.
How to turn it on
To enable this, go to your Offer’s Setting page and enabled abandoned checkout emails
To see the abandoned checkout report go: here
