Media Library
Media Library is a centralized hub for managing all of your video, audio, image, and document files in one place. Instead of uploading the same file multiple times across your site, you can upload it once to your Media Library and use that asset anywhere — in Courses, Landing Pages, Web Pages, Coaching sessions, Pages, and more.
How it Works
You can access the Media Library either through its own tab in the side navigation or wherever you are uploading media across your courses, pages, etc.
Once there, you can manage existing files, upload new or generate content through the Adobe Express integration:

Redesigned Upsells
Build upsell pages once and reuse them across multiple offers. Pages are fully customizable in the Kajabi Builder, with built-in analytics to track purchases, conversion rate, and revenue.

How it works
Upsells are now created independently under
Sales
> Pricing
> Upsells
and can be attached to any offer's Purchase Flow. Customize the page layout, content, and branding directly in the Builder. Any edits automatically apply everywhere the upsell is used.Resources:
You can now customize the text that appears on your checkout pages directly from Checkout Settings. Edit field labels, button text, error messages, and more across all checkout surfaces, with no code required. If you were already using language overrides before, all of your saved overrides are preserved.
How it works
The new Language Overrides tab in Checkout Settings covers all checkout surfaces, including Enhanced, Pop-up, Cart, Legacy, and Invoice Checkout. Fields are organized by category and searchable so you can find exactly what you need. Update a field and your changes apply across all your checkout pages instantly. Leave a field blank and it resets to the default.
How to turn it on
Go to Settings > Checkout Settings > Language Overrides, find the field you want to update, and enter your custom text.

Abandoned checkout emails are now more powerful. You can now send follow-up emails to anyone who starts checkout, not just existing customers. We’ve also added a new report so you can track exactly how much revenue you’re recovering.
How it works
Abandoned checkout emails can be enabled for any offer. Once enabled, depending on your settings, visitors who go to your checkout page, enter their email address, and leave without completing checkout will receive an abandoned checkout email. Metrics for these emails and recovered checkouts are now available in a new Analytics report.
How to turn it on
To enable this, go to your Offer’s Setting page and enabled abandoned checkout emails
To see the abandoned checkout report go: here
Resources:
Reduce failed payments by notifying customers before a recurring charge is processed. Set your timing, choose which offers it applies to, and Kajabi takes care of the rest.
How it works
Once enabled, Kajabi checks all active subscriptions and payment plans, and sends a reminder email to customers whose next billing date falls within your configured window. Each subscription is evaluated independently, so customers with multiple active subscriptions will receive a separate reminder for each.
How to turn it on
To enable, go to Settings -> Customer Payments, scroll to the Payment reminder emails section and enable upcoming payment reminders.

Community Updates: Save Posts, Move Posts, and Read-Only Channels
During this cycle (Timberline), our team has set out to make several improvements to the Community Product. These include the ability to save posts, move posts, and create read-only channels.
How it works
- Saved Posts: Community members can now save Posts they want to come back to later. When browsing a Community, members will see a new "Save post" option in the three-dot (⋯) menu on any Post card. Tapping it bookmarks the post for future reference. Saved Posts are collected in a new "Saved Posts" section on the Member's profile page. On web, this appears as a new section on their profile; on mobile, it shows up as a new tab. Only Posts can be saved; Comments, Events, and Challenges are not included. Bookmarks are completely private. Only the Member who saved a Post can see their saved list.
- Move Posts Between Channels: Heroes and Members are able to move Post between Channels. This option is available either when editing a Post or by clicking Move post from the … menu. Note: If you try to move a Post with Comments to a Channel that one or more comment authors aren't Members of, you get a warning that their Comments will be deleted.
- Read Only Channels: Heroes have the ability to set a Channel to be Read-only. When enabled, only Admins, Moderators and Assistants can create Posts and Comments. Members are able to react to existing content.

Add to Calendar for Events & Coaching Sessions
Members can now save events and coaching sessions to their personal calendar with a single click — Google Calendar, Apple, Outlook, Office 365, and Yahoo are all supported.
How it works
Calendar links are automatically included in event and coaching confirmation emails, and also appear on the member-facing event and coaching pages. For coaching sessions, the links work alongside the existing ICS attachment that's already sent with scheduling emails.

Heroes get a new "Add to Calendar" panel in the Marketing Event admin with two styles to choose from — text links or provider icons. From there you can copy the widget to paste anywhere, grab the raw HTML for custom templates, or insert it directly into your email editor.
- For recurring events, Apple and Google will add the entire series.
