Keep your community safe with a powerful new set of moderation tools.
Moderation tools are now available to all communities. Admins and moderators get a dedicated hub to manage content and keep conversations on track.
Review Feed
A new admin page where all flagged content lands in one place. From here you can:
Approve or reject posts - Put specific members on post approval so their content is reviewed before it goes live
Hide posts and comments - Remove content from the community feed without deleting it permanently
Lock posts - Keep a post visible but prevent further comments
Bulk actions -Take action on multiple items at once
Moderation Logs
Every moderation action — hiding, locking, approving, deleting — is now logged with a full audit trail. See who did what, when, and to which content. Gives admins full visibility into how the community is being moderated.
Content Cleanup
When a member is removed from a community, their content can now be automatically optionally cleaned up - decoupled from the access revocation so it runs reliably in the background.
Your community now speaks your members' language.
Members can choose their preferred language from the profile menu - Italian,
Spanish, French, German, Dutch, or Turkish - and the entire community experience
adapts automatically.
What's translated:
- Full community interface - navigation, buttons, menus, dialogs, timestamps, and all UI text throughout the community
- In-app notifications - notification titles and descriptions appear in each member's chosen language
- Email notifications - all community emails (weekly digests, event reminders, challenge updates, post mentions, and more) are sent in the member's preferred language
- Mobile push notifications - push notifications on the Kajabi app are also delivered in the member's language
No action needed from admins - translations are built in and apply to all communities automatically.
Coming soon: Full translation support across the iOS and Android mobile apps, so members get a fully localized experience on every device — already in sync with their web language preference.

Cancellation Reason Tracking
Track why members cancel. Not so you can guilt them into staying, but so you can build something better for the next person.
How it Works
To set up this member feedback collection, navigate to
Settings -> Customer Payments
and enable the ability for customers to self-cancel their subscription. Once this is toggled on, you will see options to customize a Personal message during cancellation
and will be able to edit the list provided when collecting feedback.
You will be able to review the responses by clicking
View cancellation report

Winback Automations
Re-engage cancelled members with campaigns designed to bring them back. Some of your best customers are people who left and came back.
How it Works
You can now filter and target contacts who have previously owned products/offers or are cancelling their subscriptions, helping you create “Winback” campaigns through emails and automations. The following areas of the platform have been updated with this release:
- Contacts
- Email Campaigns (Sequences & Broadcasts)
- Automation Triggers
- Automation Branches
The new filters/options include:
- Products previously owned
- Offers previously owned or cancelling
- New Offer Automation triggers include recurring payments or subscription cancellation initiated or completed

Multi-Line Item Invoicing
We’ve expanded Kajabi Invoicing so Heroes can add multiple line items to a single invoice. This includes adding multiple offers, adjusting quantity and price per line, and sending one invoice that routes customers through a single cart-style checkout.
How it Works
When creating your invoices, you will now see the following updated options:
- Add multiple offers to a single invoice (up to 100 line items)
- Edit quantity and price per line item while drafting
- Invoice emails now show a full itemized breakdown
- Checkout supports multiple items and uses cart-style checkout
- Brand new Invoice Settings page (Sales → Invoices → Settings)
- Invoice reminders moved to Invoice Settings; send up to 3 automated reminders and schedule reminders before, on, or after the due date

Who Has Access

Improvements to Automation Wait Nodes, Branches and Flows
These enhancements to Automations bring:
- More wait node options (calendar date, day of the week, and time of day)
- Support for up to 5 paths in each branch for improved personalization!
- The ability to create separate workflows within the same Automation (limit of 10 flows and/or triggers per Automation)
How it Works
When creating or editing an Automation, you will have these enhanced options available.

Comment-to-DM on ANY Post
You can now run Comment-to-DM automations on ANY post, on Instagram and Facebook. Set it once, choose your trigger word(s), and when someone comments, Kajabi can automatically DM them and optionally reply under the comment too.
How it Works
When creating a new Automation, select either the Instagram or Facebook Comment-to-Conversation blueprint. For the
When
trigger, you'll be able to select Any post
to apply the automation to any future Instagram posts or posts on your selected Facebook page.
Who Has Access
Heroes on the new Growth or Pro plans and have upgraded their Automations to the new visual experience will see these options. If you have not upgraded your Automations experience, you can follow the steps noted here.

US heroes using Kajabi Payment can now download their 1099 tax forms directly from the Kajabi Dashboard. Tax season just got simpler.
How It Works
Account owner will now a see a Document page in Settings where they can access current and past 1099 forms that have been issued from Kajabi Payments.
