Improvements to Automation Wait Nodes, Branches and Flows

These enhancements to Automations bring:
  • More wait node options (calendar date, day of the week, and time of day)
  • Support for up to 5 paths in each branch for improved personalization!
  • The ability to create separate workflows within the same Automation (limit of 10 flows and/or triggers per Automation)
How it Works
When creating or editing an Automation, you will have these enhanced options available.

Who Has Access
Heroes who have upgraded their Automations to the new visual experience will see these options. If you have not upgraded your Automations experience, you can follow the steps noted here.
