Manage Product Access When Updating Your Offers
You can remove a product from an offer at any time, whether you're restructuring your lineup, retiring old content, or refreshing what's included. To remove a product:
- Open the Salestab from your Dashboard.
- Select Offers.
- Choose the offer you want to edit.
- Scroll down to the Products in this Offersection.
- Click the remove icon next to the product you want to remove.
- A confirmation modal will appear. Choose how to handle existing members' access (see below).
- Click Remove productto confirm.
What happens to existing members?
If members have already purchased or been granted access to this offer, a confirmation modal will appear. You'll choose one of the following:
- Keep access for existing offer members— Members who have already purchased or been granted this offer will keep their access to the product. Only future purchasers will no longer receive it.
- Remove access for existing offer members— Members who have already purchased or been granted this offer will immediately lose access to this product.
