How it Works
You can now filter and target contacts who have previously owned products/offers or are cancelling their subscriptions, helping you create “Winback” campaigns through emails and automations. The following areas of the platform have been updated with this release:

  • Automation Triggers
  • Automation Branches
The new filters/options include:
  • Products previously owned
  • Offers previously owned or cancelling
  • New Offer Automation triggers include recurring payments or subscription cancellation initiated or completed
